CANCELLATION POLICY

The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the event where deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation of the conference, a full refund of any registration fee paid will be made but the Organisers will accept no further liability.

• Delegates cancelling in writing before 2 April 2010 will receive a full refund
• Delegates cancelling in writing before 3 May 2010 will receive a refund less EUR €50 admin charge
• Delegates cancelling before 21 May 2010 will receive a refund less 50% of fee paid. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Substitutions may be made in writing at no charge.
